Most RSI Life press-on nail sets are handmade, artisan-finished, customized, or prepared after an order is placed.

Production & Processing
Most standard handmade or made-to-order nail sets are prepared within approximately 3–7 business days before shipment. Complex, heavily embellished, customized, limited-production, or artisan-scheduled designs may require additional production time. If a different production estimate is shown on the product page, the product-specific estimate will apply.

Shipping
Orders are prepared and shipped from Wuhan, Hubei, China. Estimated shipping time after dispatch is approximately 10–14 business days for most U.S. orders.

For standard products, the typical total estimated time from order placement to delivery is approximately 13–21 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by production schedules, carrier operations, customs processing, holidays, weather, or local delivery conditions.

Tracked Standard Shipping is $9.99 per order. Eligible orders with a subtotal of $79.00 or more after discounts qualify for Free Tracked Shipping.

Returns
Handmade, customized, personalized, and made-to-order press-on nail sets are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns after production has started.

This restriction does not affect claims for confirmed manufacturing defects, incorrect items, missing items, material differences from the confirmed order, or shipping damage not caused by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact RSI Life within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number together with clear photos or video of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Please keep the product and all packaging materials until the review is complete.

Incorrect customer measurements, sizing choices, shape selections, length selections, colors, or other customer-selected options are not considered product defects.
