Complex, heavily embellished, customized, limited-production, or artisan-scheduled designs may require additional production time. If a different production estimate is shown on the product page, the product-specific estimate will apply.

    Shipping
    Orders are prepared and shipped from Wuhan, Hubei, China. Estimated shipping time after dispatch is approximately 10–14 business days for most U.S. orders.

    For standard products, the typical total estimated time from order placement to delivery is approximately 13–21 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by production schedules, carrier operations, customs processing, holidays, weather, or local delivery conditions.

    Tracked Standard Shipping is $9.99 per order. Eligible orders with a subtotal of $79.00 or more after discounts qualify for Free Tracked Shipping.

    Returns
