Orders are prepared and shipped from Wuhan, Hubei, China.

Shipping time begins after your order has been dispatched. Estimated transit time for most U.S. orders is approximately 10–14 business days.

Tracked Standard Shipping is $9.99 per order. Eligible orders with a subtotal of $79.00 or more after discounts qualify for Free Tracked Shipping.

The total delivery estimate depends on the product’s preparation time. If a specific processing or production estimate is shown on this product page, that estimate will apply.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by order processing, carrier operations, customs procedures, holidays, weather, or local delivery conditions.

Returns

Eligible standard, non-custom products may be returned within 14 calendar days after the recorded delivery date.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, untested, unopened or unsealed, complete, in its original packaging, and suitable for resale.

All returns require prior authorization from RSI Life. Please contact us before sending any product back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. RSI Life does not charge a restocking fee.

Confirmed manufacturing defects, incorrect items, missing items, or shipping damage not caused by the customer will be reviewed separately. Please contact RSI Life within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

Approved refunds are normally processed by RSI Life within 5–10 business days. Additional time required by your bank or payment provider is outside RSI Life’s processing period.
